About Me
I started line dancing in 1996. There was a line dance course offered at my college,
so I took the class. I HATED IT! I didn't dance again until 2004, when I
went with a friend to the LA Rodeo and saw people line dancing. It sparked my interest in line dancing again, so I started taking line dance lessons at Oil Can Harrys. I was introduced to modern (non-country) line dancing in the fall of 2006 by Mr.
Showcase: John Robinson, when I attended the Saltwater Hoedown organized by The Othersiders in
Virginia Beach.
A lot has changed in the last 8 years. I have won several national gold, silver, and bronze medals in line dance competitions and
couples country western dance contests.
I am now an accredited dance instructor with the National Teacher's Association (NTA)
For Country-Western Dance. I teach and dance regularly with Wine Country Line
Dance in Marin County, California and The Seattle Line Dancers in Seattle, Washington.
You will also find me dancing at various line dance socials in the general San Francisco Bay Area, as well as various line dance events around the country.
